[General] Team Flow Chart

During Richards lecture on Monday we discussed planning issues and solutions with the reduction of 'bottlenecking' when getting work completed. We created a flow chart to identify potential bottleneck issues and how we could solve them i.e concepts or modelling taking longer than they should and how to get back on track. The two possible bottleneck issues identified were concepts, character modelling/texturing and animation, the reason for this was because there were less people working in these departments. If it's taken longer than a week according to the teams gantt charts/production plan to complete tasks then we'll address this as bottlenecking and will solve issues by assigning people to help with certain tasks.
