[Animation] Flynn current deforming

From the top photo you can see how the work began and the last photo is where it current at:

problems en counted

• Weights painted to the wrong bits of the rig
• Verts moving in the wrong place
• Getting the pouches on the belts to move with the leg
• Belts clipping through the mesh

problems fixed

• The weights are now painted to the correct bones
• Most of the verts are now in the correct place when the mesh moves
• The pouches now move with the leg

The belts still clip through the leg but are mostly ok
